One of my favorite people on Twitter, Jon Friedman wrote "If your Christmas tree is still up I'd guess it's invoking the opposite emotion that it initially did." That was certainly true of our little tree, which until yesterday sat in the corner silently weeping its dried needles. Our tree along, with millions of others was finally kicked to the curb. But some genius artists in London have created a much better fate for our washed-up trees.
The Christmas Tree Project collects discarded trees from across London and turns them into beautiful stools. How lovely.
