Hi! Sorry I've been MIA lately. Things have been pretty crazy at work.
So this morning I was worrying. I was thinking about awful things that haven't happened and hopefully won't. What a bad way to start the day! I had originally started PositivelyAnna to provide myself and others with fun songs to sing to when their mind goes wandering to not so pleasant thoughts. So I was drying my hair and fretting over silly things. Then I just said to myself "Quit it!" and I started singing Spirit in the Sky. Concentrating on the lyrics helped me stop worrying and that improved my mood immediately.
