Isn't Actually Love

Love it will not betray you, dismay or enslave you 

It will set you free 

Be more like the man you were made to be

This the chorus from one my favorite Mumford & Sons songs, Sigh No More. It is an important message about what love should be. This sentiment is expressed in many song and books, even the Bible (Back off. It's Corinthians. Don't worry I will not start regularly quoting the Bible). 

I think the reason this message is repeated so frequently is because so many people forget it. We are all worthy of good love...the kind that makes you feel appreciated and valued. I know I'm young and far from wise, but I'm fairly certain if you are feeling betrayed, dismayed or enslaved, than that isn't actually love.
