All that talk about spice racks put me in the mood for one of my favorite dishes, Sausage Stew! This recipe includes several dried herbs and lots of other very simple ingredients. It makes a huge pot of one of the most tasty, hearty stews on the planet. But be forewarned! This dish requires a ton of chopping, so I would recommend recruiting a friend who is handy with a knife. One of your ninja friends should do just fine.
